If you need to return a product for service or repair please fill out the form below to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. When we issue the RMA number we will also advise you of the process for returning your product to our repairs processing facility in North Carolina for onward return to the UK.

Once our UK service department receives and inspects the product you will be notified if any work to be carried out is covered under warranty or if there will be a charge. For information on the warranty assigned to your product go to warranty Information.

Warranty Repairs: Warranty repairs are normally carried out within 14 working days of receipt at our North Carolina facility. Please allow 14 to 21 days for return shipping.

Non-Warranty Repairs: If the repair is not covered by the warranty, a quotation will be emailed to you. Authorization to carry out the repair can be made by email. Non-warranty repairs are normally carried out within 21 working days after being authorized. We will contact you by email when the repair is completed to arrange payment. Please allow 14 to 21 days for return shipping.

What if I choose to decline the repair? If you choose to decline the repair the instrument will be returned to you.

Who pays postage?  You pay to send the item to us. Warranty repairs and unrepaired items are returned free of charge. Chargeable repairs have return postage added at subsidized rates.
